A well written thriller full of twists and turns confronting unsettling issues head on. It’s so refreshing to have strong female characters to relate to, who take charge of their own lives, and aren’t afraid to use their sexuality to further their cause. It is explicit in parts but sex is an integral part of the story, and the female perspective is so well captured it’s hard to believe it was written by a man. It’s one of those ‘I’ll just read one more page’ books that gets you totally hooked and you don’t put down till you’ve finished it. Looking forward to the next instalment of the story.
This book hooked me in after the first few pages. Plenty of twists and turns, made me laugh, cry and also shocked me! Brilliant characters and a fantastic story. Loved it. I can't wait until the second book is out. Such a good read. I could not put it down! A real page-turner!
Not my usual genre and my first by this author but it was definitely an intricate story ... you do have to suspend disbelief and enjoy it for what it is ... after all it's a work of fiction ... hopefully for the most part anyway ... you'll know what I mean when you read the book!

Ingenious plotting with high suspense. Beautifully paced and tense. Having just finished Raymond Hugh’s Bloodied Conscience my immediate thought is that all his books should come with a warning: "Impossible to put down. Do not read if you have anything else to do today or any intention of sleeping tonight"! Hugh is a master of suspense and this is another compulsive, gripping, page-turning read. Just as good as the previous book Bloodied Waters, Hugh’s well crafted and engaging sequel continues to take you on a credible and realistic journey through the twists and turns of the illegal underworld of people trafficking and organ harvesting. Don’t Delay! Read it today!
Wow! This sequel definitely had me on the edge of my seat! Lots of twists and turns. Humorous at times and sent me on a roller-coaster of emotions as well from being invested in the brilliant characters. Such a great story. Bring on the next book in the series Raymond Hugh. Can't wait! Loved it.
